Dumbbell over head lunges

1. Start by holding the dumbbells in each hand about your head

2. Position your body so that you legs are a body length apart with your front foot on the ground and you back foot balancing on the ball of your foot.

3. Bend your back knee and lower your body towards the ground while keeping your arms straight.

4. Lower your body until your back leg is a fist width off the ground. Pause for two seconds and then return to starting position while keeping the weight through the front heel.

4. Then lower slowly and repeat.

To make it easier:

- Use lighter dumbbells, or if that is still too difficult use your body weight.

To make it harder:

- Use heavier dumbbells or pause for longer at the bottom.
