We have all heard this saying a thousand times but the reality of it is true! Actions do speak louder than words! We have just begun 2011 and most of us are singing that same new years resolution tune but the difference between making these resolutions become a reality lies in a person's determination. See its very easy for us to write down some goals or things we want to change about ourselves for the upcoming year but to make sure it actually happens we need to have a plan of action to be able to achieve them.

  1. Write down three things that you would like to achieve in the next year.
  2. Write down three things that will get in the way of your achievements.
  3. Write down three ways to overcome these.
  4. Write down a plan of action for example if your goal is to get fit then write an action plan that will help you achieve this such as book a personal training session!
  5. Re-visit these goals and amend them on a regular basis.
  6. Set up a reward system as you achieve each goal.

If any of your goals are to lose weight, tone up, improve flexibility, injury rehabilitation sports specific, have more energy, sleep better, eat healthy and improve overall health and well being, give us a call at Eccentric and we can help you achieve your goals. Ask about our new results package and have your most successful year ever!
